DAVID A. LIPSCOMB is Co-Founder/CEO of CIS Valued Partners, LLC., and President of Current Innovative Solutions(CIS). CIS is a Boutique Management Consulting Practice focusing on transforming Diversity & Inclusion through Business Strategy, HR and Technology. We provide a wide array of customized innovative solutions to help companies maximize their workforce, increase market share and expand their customer base by leveraging talent, improving employee engagement and retention, and increase operational efficiency. We provide expertise, leverage strategic partnerships and deliver results.
Mr. Lipscomb is a Senior Executive with proven experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning and Employee Development. David has been involved in the diversity space since 2004, with a background in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Methodology which he uses to build and deliver world renowned diversity strategies for small, medium and large organizations in various industries.
Mr. Lipscomb served as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion for a Fortune 500 financial services firm driving brand recognition, revenue growth and change capability. Key among his many accomplishments during his tenure as Vice President is his 2008, Corporate Diversity and Innovation Award from the World Diversity Leadership Summit (WDLS) hosted by the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The WDLS Summit is the world’s leading conference focused on U.S. and global diversity issues.
Lipscomb is also the recipient of the Savoy Professional Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America Award, The Network Journals 2008 40 under Forty Dynamic Black Achievers Award and The Congress of Diversity Executives Leadership in Diversity Award (CODY) for the development and implementation of innovative Mentor Programs. Lipscomb has been interviewed by top media players such as, “The New York Times”, “Diversity Executive” and “Business Week” highlighting his views on how to transform HR and Workplace Diversity through innovative ideas.

Mr. Lipscomb achieved a Technical Degree in Information Technology from the School of Computer Technology in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Juran Institute in Southbury, Connecticut.
