Nick Johnson – PA

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology and pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) at Marywood University. He was employed at GPU Energy Inc., an electric utility company, for over nineteen years, progressing from union leadership positions to management positions in Labor Relations and Human Resources as a Consultant.

In addition, Mr. Johnson has designed, developed and delivered diversity learning strategies over eight years for financial institutions, manufacturing companies, universities, colleges and high schools.

Also, Mr. Johnson was a panelist at the 2009 World Diversity Leadership Summit (WDLS) ”Change in the US and Globally”- leverage diversity innovation for competitive advantage, held at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC.   In 2010, he was a moderator at the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) symposium, topic –creating a competitive advantage in a turbulent economy held in New York City.

Mr. Johnson is experienced in providing guidance for employee relations, performance issues, coaching to individuals and providing therapeutic support for behavioral youth issues.
