Christian M. Baldia

Christian Baldia is a Valued Partner of CIS Valued Partners, LLC – President and CEO of Constellation Strategy & Analytical Services (“CSAS”), a management consulting firm that employs cutting-edge diagnostics and methodologies to assist corporations, government agencies, NGOs with mission critical issues. CSAS specializes in an advanced analytical approach called Organizational Connectivity™ to help its clients achieve such goals as significantly improving the post-merger integration of companies, building collaboration to overcome departmental silos and developing innovation networks within a firm.

Prior to founding CSAS, Christian served as a Managing Director at Virtcom Consulting, a management consulting firm serving major organizations around the globe and was one of the creators of the World Diversity Leadership Summit, an annual conference of global diversity issues which has been hosted in the Czech Republic, at the United Nations Headquarters and at the International Monetary Fund Headquarters.

Christian Baldia previously served at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Senior Financial/Economic Analyst in the Policy and Analysis division of the Bank Supervision Group. Before that, he worked as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions at Butler, Chapman & Co. and in municipal finance at PaineWebber (now part of UBS). Christian also served for four years in the Clinton Administration as a Senior Policy Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and as a staff member for the White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel.

Christian is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s University Honors College and earned a masters degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
