Emotional Quotient Inventory – EQ-I® ASSESSMENTS

The EQ-i is the first scientifically validated and most widely used emotional intelligence assessment in the world. Developed by Dr. Reuvan  BarOn and backed with more than 20 years of research worldwide, the EQ-I measures a participants performance in 15 key EI sub-skills. At CIS we utilize our EQ-I innovative solution to evaluate potential leadership talent within an organization or to assess potential employee’s prospective contribution.  Among the sub-skills we assess include Self-Regard, Emotional Self-Awareness, Independence, Stress Tolerance, Interpersonal Relationship Skills, Happiness, and Self-Actualization.

LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE COACHING

Leadership and Executive Coaching is not a quick fix, nor is it a one-day training program.  At CIS Valued Partners, LLC  we create a customized, interactive process that is conducted over the course of a few months culminating in the individual having gained:

  • Increased self-awareness. Participant becomes fully aware of their strengths, development areas and how others perceive them.
