Kason Morris comes to CIS Valued Partners, LLC as Managing Director. Kason is an accomplished consultant and manager of change management, diversity, talent management and training projects with five years of key experience focused on developing and improving Human Performance, designing processes and managing organization transitions in the following industries: Financial Services, Government, Retail, and Media & Entertainment.
Kason is a highly personable and self-motivated professional capable of collaborating on all business levels; Evaluating Human Performance (HP) and Diversity programs, troubleshooting to isolate the cause(s) of performance gaps or organizational needs; conceptualizing and designing training, marketing and analysis materials.
