Renee Masiello – MA

Managing Director – Customer Profitability

Before joining CIS Valued Partner, LLC as Managing Director, Mrs. Masiello was most recently a Vice President and Sales and Marketing Project Manager for Sovereign Bank’s Retail Banking Division. In this role Renee led project teams for multiple corporate initiatives including the creation and implementation of a Multi-Cultural Marketing Initiative across 750 branches in Sovereign’s diverse footprint.

Previously, Renee was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Sovereign’s Eastern MA and NH market. As such, she was responsible for communicating and implementing corporate marketing initiatives, collaborating with community groups to develop mutually beneficial partnerships, managing sponsorship relationships, maximizing public relations opportunities, and ensuring brand and merchandising consistency. She was also responsible for branch grand openings, team member recognition events, customer appreciation events, and local advertising.

Renee is a marketing professional recognized by her peers for building alliances and successfully leading cross-functional project teams toward stated objectives; She has uses an entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing goals and has a solid track record of exceeding revenue, profitability, and budget targets. She has proven project management skills with ability to develop and implement integrated marketing programs across a large multi-state retail organization resulting in increases in customer acquisition and retention, and strengthened brand awareness.

Renee joined Sovereign through the Fleet/Bank Boston merger in 2000. Renee received her BA majoring in Business Management from Newbury College and her MA in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
