Reginald H. White is a seasoned professional with experience in Marketing, Sales, Organizational Development, Diversity and Human Resources Management.

Over the past 20 years he has held VP level positions in Human Resources and Marketing. He has managed diverse teams and complex projects. He has worked in Financial Services, Technology and the Pharmaceutical industries.

In 2008, he founded Toran Enterprises, LLC, a management consulting and training company. The motto of the company is “helping individuals and companies see the invisible, so they can do the impossible.” This concept is a statement about his inherent belief in the power of individuals and organizations to actively create. He works with his clients to indentify and remove obstacles to achieving their personal and organizational goals. In the diversity space, he has expertise in designing strategies for creating a workplace that fosters diversity and inclusion. These strategies include developing the business case, evaluating the current environment, setting goals, management training to help managers develop the necessary skills and competencies, and creating an environment for full employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

He is a member of the Les Brown Platinum Speakers Network and has shared the stage with Mr. Brown in the US and London, England.

Reginald currently serves on the Cornell University Human Ecology Alumni Board and 100 Black Men of Charlotte. He has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe, Asia, and Africa.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University and his Masters of Business Administration in International Management from Boston University.
